FAQ

How old do you have to be to start swim lessons?

Must be 6 months old to start swim lessons or when able to hold head up on their own.

What if there is inclement weather?

If there is thunder or lightning lessons will be canceled.

Do you offer make up lessons?

Yes. No more than 2 lessons can be rescheduled in any one package for weather and/or illness. Swimmers who share lessons will be unable to make- up their portion of canceled or missed lessons. No rescheduling within 24 hours of a lesson UNLESS unforeseen circumstances, meaning either you or the instructor cannot do the lesson, such as adverse weather conditions or illness. If you wish to reschedule last minute for reasons other than weather or illness you may do so with the instructor's discretion.

How do I schedule a swim lesson?

You have to personally speak with me, Coach Chelsey to ensure the very best lesson time for your family. We will discuss the best times for you- making sure we work around your work schedule, any nap or eating times etc.

How long will it take to learn how to swim?

Everyone will learn at their own pace. It also depends on how comfortable they are with their face in the water. Swimmers must learn how to float face down and roll from their front to their back. With my experience swimmers that are not comfortable with the water have a learning curve and takes about 16-24 lessons.

Do you offer Refunds?

No refunds. If you cancel your lesson package before the start date you will be refunded up to 75% of your total payment.
